Registration
• Registration Fee of $250 for Pro Divisions, $150 for Amateur Divisions includes:
Shooting for Qualification / Eliminations, Practice Ranges, Target Faces and Free Bottled Drinks (no free lunches, sold by concession)

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your line time. Check-in at registration inside Host Resort hotel lobby to pick up your shooter packet

Event Decal, Wristband, LAS Catalog, LAS Calendar, LAS Notepad & Pencil and Lancaster Visitors Guide
• Please review your Rcherz profile and your scorecard to insure all information is correct prior to shooting
• No changes or cancellations after Midnight January 11th, 2015 Cancellations after 1/11/15 will forfeit registration fee without exception

Divisions
• Included Divisions follow NFAA Shooting Styles and Equipment (exc. Barebow allows recurve bows shooting plunger, stabilizers, string walking, clicker)
• Shooters may only register and shoot once in a single division
Pro Divisions: Men’s Open Pro, Women’s Open Pro, Masters Open Pro (Archers who’ve shot in a Pro Division [excludes semi-pro] in 2014 at NFAA, Vegas, ASA/IBO events must shoot Pro Division, others may choose to shoot either Pro or Open [Amateur] division, but not both)
Amateur Divisions: Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Masters Open, Senior Open, Bowhunter, Men’s Recurve, Women’s Recurve, Barebow Recurve, Youth Open
• Masters Division – must be 50 years old by Sunday 1/18/15
• Senior Division – must be 60 years old by Sunday 1/18/15
• Youth Division – must be 11-17 years old with 18th birthday falling on or after Sunday 1/18/15

Rules
• Archers may use a single or 3 spot target face; Lowest scored arrow recorded as 1st arrow
• Listening devices (headphones, ear buds, iPod/mp3 players, etc.) are not permitted while shooting
• Must use a current manufactured arrow shaft which is no larger than size 2712
• Scorecard must be totaled and signed before being turned in as final scorecard. Scores will be rechecked and changed only if
a lower score is found. Rcherz electronic scoring is unofficial

Practice Warm-Up
• All lines will have 2 ends of Official Practice before scoring begins
• Free open practice on Practice Ranges at Lancaster Host Resort in Lampeter Room (left of hotel lobby) and
at Lancaster Archery Supply, 2195 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster (1 ½ mile, 3 minute drive)


Qualification Round
• Shoot your Qualification Round Friday at 9:00am, 12:30pm or 4:00pm or Saturday at 9:00am, 12:30pm or 4:00pm
• 60 arrows from 18m at the 40cm 3 spot face w/ super X's scored as 11's; Possible 660 score
• 10 ends of 3 (30 shots), put up a new face and switch top/bottom or bottom/top on your lane for the remaining 10 ends (30 shots)
• Qualification Round will be timed 2 minutes (2:00) for 3 shots
• Possible score of 660 points after 60 arrows shot. This allows 9's to be shot and still score well with 11's!
• Double scoring on tablet and paper scorecard, arrows are called by the majority of the group
• Archers must have their arrows recorded in the order that they were shot for each end. Identify the 1st, 2nd, 3rd spot on your
target face for the order of arrows shot
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th arrows out of the 11 ring must be recorded in the order that they were shot
(1, 2, 3 on 3 spot face, lowest to highest on single spot face)
• Do Not Touch any arrow or target face until the scores have been called & recorded accurately
• Archer can request a Judge if he/she disagrees with group call; Judge ruling is final
• Ties are based on score, # of 11's, 1st arrow out of highest scoring ring (longest clean wins)
• Archers are required to replace target face at Judge’s discretion; Face may not be repaired
• Witnessed bounce outs or witnessed physical interference by another archer will be re-shot
• Shots triggered after buzzer will not score; Arrows that can't be reached from line can’t be re-shot
• Archer may miss up to 2 ends during qualification round for equipment failure; score will be made up at the end. Practice only on
practice range or spare targets before resuming with the group
• Results and ranking for the Qualification Round will be immediately seen on Rcherz scoring, then confirmed and announced after
the finish of the Saturday 4:00 line at or before 8:00pm at reception
• Elimination Round Entrants determined by participants in each class. Full 64 Olympic Bracket if >/= 128 Archers, 32 Bracket if 64-127 Archers, 16 Bracket if 32-63 Archers, 8 Bracket if 9-31 Archers, Top 4 will Shoot-Up if 8 or less Archers

Elimination Matches
Men's Open Pro and Men's Open
• Top 64 Qualifying scores advance to the Elimination Matches on Sunday and will shoot a 12 Arrow Olympic Bracket Style Elimination
(#1 vs. #64, #2 vs. #63, #17 vs. #48, #18 vs. #47, etc.); 8 Finalists will engage in Final Shoot-Up Matches
• 1/32 Elimination Matches consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows), cutting the field to 32 archers
• 1/16 Elimination Matches consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows), cutting the field to 16 archers
• 1/8 Elimination Matches consist of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (top & bottom) cutting the field to 8 Finalists ranked by total score from Qualification, 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 Eliminations
• 8 Finalists will engage in Shoot-Up Matches with #8 vs. #7, Winner vs. #6, Winner vs. #5, etc.
Bowhunter & Youth Open
• Top 32 Qualifying scores advance to the Elimination Matches on Sunday and will shoot a 12 Arrow Olympic Bracket Style Elimination;
4 Finalists will engage in Final Shoot-Up Matches
• 1/16 Elimination Matches consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows), cutting the field to 16 archers
• 1/8 Elimination Matches consist of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (top & bottom) cutting the field to 8 archers
• 1/4 Elimination Matches consists of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (top & bottom) cutting the field to 4 Finalists
ranked by total score from Qualification, 1/8 and 1/4 Eliminations
• 4 Finalists will engage in Shoot-Up Matches with #4 vs. #3, Winner vs. #2, Winner vs. #1
Women's Open Pro, Women's Open, Masters Open Pro, Masters Open, Senior Open*
• Top 16 Qualifying scores advance to the Elimination Matches on Sunday and will shoot a 12 Arrow Olympic Bracket Style Elimination;
4 Finalists will engage in Final Shoot-Up Matches

*Top 16 Qualification Round scores will be taken if there are 32 or more shooters registered. If less than 32 only the Top 8 will move on.
Payouts will pay through 8th place with 32 or more and 4th place with less than 32


• All Elimination Matches will be shot on the 40cm. 3 spot face with super X's scoring as 11's
• Possible score of 132, (12) 11's; double scoring, opponent calls, appeals to Judge
• All Elimination Matches will be timed 2 minutes (2:00) for 3 shots; 4 minutes (4:00) for 6 shots

• Top 8 Archers ranked by total score from Qualification and Elimination Rounds

Men's Recurve, Women's Recurve, Barebow Recurve & Youth Open

• Top 4 Archers ranked by total score from Qualification and Elimination Rounds

#8 vs. #7, Winner vs. #6, Winner vs. #5, Winner vs. #4, Winner vs. #3, Winner vs. #2, Winner vs. #1
• Move up as matches are won, you can only lose one placing if you lose your match
• Match will consist of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (1 top, 1 bottom)
• 1 end of 6 practice for #8 / #7 match; up to 2 ends of 6 practice while on deck for your match
• Possible score of 132, (12) 11's; scored on tablet by Range Captain, opponent calls, appeals to Judge
Shoot-Up Final matches in Men’s Open Pro may be shot by alternating arrows timed 20 seconds (:20) for each shot with live commentary
• Ties broken by 1 Arrow Shoot-Off, up to 5 shots, 6th shot closest to X
• Shots triggered after buzzer will not score; Arrows that can't be reached from line can’t be re-shot
• Two shots in spot will score, but no score for someone else's target face
• Witnessed bounce outs or witnessed physical interference by another archer will be re-shot
• No provision for equipment failure can be given during any Shoot-Up Match

Pro Payouts are based on a 70% Payback of the $250 Registration Fee; Recurve Payouts are based on 70% and all other payouts are 50% of the $150 Registration. Stated Payouts are calculated with 150 archers in Men's Open Pro and Men's Open Divisions, 64 in Bowhunter & Youth Divisions, 50 in Men’s Recurve, 32 in Women’s Open Pro, Women's Open, Masters Open Pro, Masters Open and Senior Open Divisions, and 20 in the Women's Recurve & Barebow Recurve Divisions
