• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your line time. Check-in at registration to pick up your packet
• Your Registration Packet should include: (2) Scorecards, Food Coupon, Event Hat, Event Schedule, Event Format/Rules, LAS catalog, LAS calendar, LAS notepad, pencil, & chapstick
• Please review your scorecards to insure all information is correct. (Name, Division, Lane, Range & Shooting Time)
• Cancellations after December 31st, 2011 will forfeit registration fee

Rules
• Divisions follow NFAA Shooting Styles and Equipment
• Shooters may only register once
• Masters Division – Competitors must be 50 years old by Sunday 1/29/12
• Recurve Archers are permitted to use a single spot target face; Lowest scored arrow will be recorded as the 1st arrow shot
• Listening devices (headphones, ear buds, iPod/mp3 players, etc.) are not permitted while shooting
• Must use a current manufactured arrow shaft which is no larger than size 2712
• Scorecards must be totaled and signed before being turned in. Scores will be rechecked and changed only if a lower score is found

Practice Warm-Up
• All lines will have 2 ends of Official Practice before scoring begins
• Open practice as space allows on three practice ranges
• Practice Ranges: Showroom Range, 2nd Floor of Shooting Center, ITS Video Booth

Qualification Round
• Shoot your Qualification Round Friday at 12:30, 4:00 or 7:00pm or Saturday at 9:00am, 12:30 or 4:00pm
• 60 arrows from 18m at the 40cm. 3 spot face w/ super X's scored as 11's; Possible 660 score
• 10 ends of 3 (30 shots), put up a new face and switch top/bottom or bottom/top on your lane for the remaining 10 ends (30 shots)
• Qualification Round will be timed 2 minutes ( 2:00 ) for 3 shots
• Possible score of 660 points after 60 arrows shot. This allows 9's to be shot and still score well with 11's!
• 4 shooters per clipboard, double scoring, arrows are called by the majority of the 3 other archers
• Archers must have their arrows recorded in the order that they were shot for each end. Identify the 1st, 2nd, 3rd spot on your target face for the order of arrows shot
• 1st, 2nd & 3rd arrows out of the 11 ring must be recorded in the order that they were shot (1, 2, 3 on 3 Spot Face)
• Do Not Touch any arrow or target face until the scores have been called & recorded accurately on the scorecard
• Archer can request a Line Judge if he/she disagrees with group call; Line Judge ruling is final
• Ties are based on score, # of 11's, then the 1st arrow out of highest scoring ring (longest clean wins)
• Archer's are required to replace target face at Line Judge’s discretion; Face may not be repaired
• Two shots in spot will score (lowest score first), assuming archer hit what they shot at; no score for someone else's target face
• Witnessed bounce outs or occurrences of witnessed physical interference by another archer will be re-shot
• Shots triggered after the buzzer will not count; Arrows that can't be reached from the line can't be re-shot
• Archer may miss up to 2 ends for equipment failure; score will be made up at the end: No practice before resuming with the group
• Results and ranking for the Qualification Round will be announced after the finish of the 4:00 line at approx. 8:00 pm

Elimination Round

Men's Unlimited
• Top 64 Qualifying Scores advance to the first Elimination Round on Sunday. 64 Archers, ranked 17th through 48th shoot their 1/32 Elimination Round beginning at 8 AM, 1st to 16th and 49th to 64th ranked archers will shoot their 1/32 Elimination Round at 9 AM
• 1/32 Elimination Round will consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows) FITA Style (#1 vs. #64, #2 vs. #63, #17 vs. #48, #18 vs.#47, etc.); cutting the field to 32 archers
• 1/16 Elimination Round will consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows) FITA Style; cutting the field to 16 archers
• 1/8 Elimination Round will consist of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (1 top, 1 bottom) to give us 8 Finalists ranked by cumulative scores from Qualification, 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 Elimination Rounds
• The 8 Finalists will engage in a Shoot-Up Round with #8 shooting #7, winner shooting #6, etc.
Masters
• Top 32 Qualification Round Scores will shoot a 12 Arrow FITA Style Elimination; 4 Finalists will engage in a Final Shoot-Up Round
• 1/16 Elimination Round will consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows) FITA Style; cutting the field to 16 archers
• 1/8 Elimination Round will consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows) FITA Style; cutting the field to 8 archers
• 1/4 Elimination Round will consist of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (1 top, 1 bottom) to give us 4 Finalists ranked by cumulative scores from Qualification, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 Elimination Rounds
• The 4 Finalists will engage in a Shoot-Up Round with #4 shooting #3, winner shooting #2, etc.
Women's Unlimited & Bowhunter
• Top 16 Qualification Round Scores will shoot a 12 Arrow FITA Style Elimination; 4 Finalists will engage in a Final Shoot-Up Round
• 1/8 Elimination Round will consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows) FITA Style; cutting the field to 8 archers
• 1/4 Elimination Round will consist of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (1 top, 1 bottom) to give us 4 Finalists ranked by cumulative scores from Qualification, 1/8, 1/4 Elimination Rounds
• The 4 Finalists will engage in a Shoot-Up Round with #4 shooting #3, winner shooting #2, etc.
Limited & Recurve
• Top 8 Qualification Round Scores will shoot a 12 Arrow FITA Style Elimination; 4 Finalists will engage in a Final Shoot-Up Round
• 1/4 Elimination Round will consist of 4 ends of 3 shots (12 arrows) FITA Style. If less than 8, then #1, 2 or 3 gets a bye to the Shoot-Up Round so that 4 compete in the Shoot-Up

• Possible score of 132 w/ 12 11's; double scoring, called by opponent, appeals to the Line Judge
• All Elimination Rounds will be timed 2 minutes (2:00) for 3 shots; 4 minutes (4:00) for 6 shots
• Ties broken by Score, # of 11's, 1 Arrow Shoot-Off for up to 5 shots, 6th shot closest to X
• Shots triggered after the buzzer will not count; Arrows that can't be reached from the line can't be reshot
• Two shots in spot will score (lowest score first), assuming archer hit what they shot at; no score for someone else's target face
• Witnessed bounce outs or occurrences of witnessed physical interference by another archer will be re-shot
• No provision for equipment failure can be given during any Elimination Round

Shoot-Up Finals Round

Men's Unlimited
• Top 8 Archers ranked by cumulative score from Qualification and Elimination Rounds (1056 Possible)
Women's Unlimited, Masters, Bowhunter, Limited & Recurve
• Top 4 Archers ranked by cumulative score from Qualification and Elimination Round(s) (Masters 1056 Possible; Women’s Unlimited & Bowhunter 924 Possible; Limited & Recurve 792 Possible)

Shoot Up Format
#8 vs. #7; Winner vs. #6, Winner vs. #5, Winner vs. #4, Winner vs. #3, Winner vs. #2, Winner vs. #1
• Move up as matches are won, you can only lose one placing if you lose your match
• Round will consist of 2 ends of 6 shots (12 arrows) on two (2) 3 spot faces (1 top, 1 bottom)
• 1 end of 6 practice for #8/#7 match; up to 2 ends of 6 practice while on deck for your match
• Possible score of 132 w/ 12 11's; Scored on scorecards by range official, called by opponent, appeals to the Line Judge
• All Shoot-Up Final matches will be shot alternating arrows timed 30 seconds (:30) for each shot with live commentary
• Ties broken by a 1 Arrow Shoot-Off for up to 5 shots, 6th shot closest to X
• Shots triggered after the buzzer will not count; Arrows that can't be reached from the line can't be re-shot
• Two shots in spot will score (lowest score first), assuming archer hit what they shot at; no score for someone else's target face
• Witnessed bounce outs or occurrences of witnessed physical interference by another archer will be re-shot
• No provision for equipment failure can be given during any Shoot-Up Round

• $100 LAS Gift Card for the closest arrow to center on the last shot of all Qualification Rounds on both ranges

GUARANTEED PAYOUT of $5,000 for 1st Place Men's Unlimited
All Payouts are based on a 70% Payback of Registration Fees; $150 per archer with 142 archers in Men's Unlimited, 32 in Women’s Unlimited, Masters & Bowhunter and 20 in Limited & Recurve
Men's Unlimited - 1st $5,000, 2nd $3,000, 3rd $2,000, 4th $800, 5th $700, 6th $600, 7th $500, 8th $400 and 9th through 16th place $250
Women’s Unlimited, Masters & Bowhunter - 1st $1,350, 2nd $750, 3rd $500, 4th $300 and * 5th through 8th $150
* If less than 32 archers, payouts will be paid 1st through 4th
