Overview
Lancaster Archery Supply is a world-leading archery distributor and retailer with a strong focus on customer service exemplified by our core values of Integrity, Caring and Excellence. Reporting directly to the Director of Purchasing, the Assembly Manager oversees the assembly and packaging of archery components and kits for our customers.

Responsibilities
• Ensures effective employee supervision by coaching and motivating the assembly team
• Oversee the assembly process and ensure the quality of work meets company standards
• Schedule and monitor staff to meet assembly schedule timelines
• Communicate with management to ascertain deadlines, adequate materials and other assembly needs
• Manage performance measures and provide progress reports to management
• Maintain necessary inventory levels of products and kits as outlined by management
• Implement quality control programs
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
• Experience supervising in a production or assembly environment
• Excellent quality orientation and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem analysis and resolution
• Ability to work with changing deadlines and schedules in a fast paced environment
• Desire to uphold values and integrity of the company through sound ethical decisions
