Not a forgiving bow, but it is fun to shoot. Review by Jonathan Washburn

Low poundage bows in general are sensitive to form errors. My #30 Horsebow Express accentuates this dynamic even more. This is not a forgiving bow, but when you hit right where you are looking, it feels great.

I like to start my session with this bow and than move on to a less unforgiving one. But you could shoot it for hours. This little bow has an understated beauty and only weighs .68 of a pound. With the Whisper String it shoots smoothly and is quiet.

I strongly advise not using arrows with 5 inch feathers with the Horsebow. With a short brace height the feathers barely fit and can easily get damaged.

I am very happy with this bow. If you want a horsebow and don't want to use a thumb ring, this is the bow for you.

This is my "car" bow. Review by Chris Mella

I love this bow because of the quality and performance jammed into such a small package. I keep this bow in my car at all times just in case I get to go shoot a round of 3D or just shooting bags at a friend's place. I'm 5'7" and the size is great for shots in the trees. Some people think it's a kid's bow until I start shooting. As another reviewer said it stacks a lot past 28". I would recommend some beaver balls to reduce vibration. I couldn't be happier with this bow.

Cool bow Review by Luis camilo gomez

Maybe in the 45 pounds o less weight is not a great hunter. But from the 50 to 55 pounds is great! Is very small and it is very practical when you are into the woods. Is not the fastest bow, but it is fast. If you draw more than 28" it will stack a lot, but it is a usuall thing in shortbows. As a short bow is not the most forgiving bow, but it is fun like hell and it is really REALLY WELL MADE! Its cool for aerial targets too. The craftmanship of bearpaw is just amaizing! And it has 30 years off factory warranty!!! Im REALLY HAPPY with the bow! If anyone likes shortbows ill advice you to get it.

As long as you draw is 28" or lees Great bow Review by Chuck S

Lancaster was great thru the order and delivery process. Also quickly answered my questions. The bow is very well made, perfectly shaped, tight glue lines. Up to a 28" draw it is very good, beyond that stacks like crazy.
