• 5/16" x 24 threads allows for weights to be added to either end
• Includes 4 membranes for adjustability with the amount of weight you are using

• #1 membrane - ultra soft stiffness (use less than or equal to 5oz in front of V-Box)
• #3 membrane - soft stiffness (use 3-8oz in front of V-Box)
• #5 membrane - medium stiffness (use less than or equal to 10oz in front of V-Box)
