Value Quality Price I purchased one of these for my friend because it is an inexpensive magnetic rest. However, the design is flawed. The part of the rest that touches the magnetic will flip out on release, leaving a piece of the wire hanging out. This will typically catch part of the feather fletch and tear some of the fletch off.

Quality Price Value I bought this rest for my Sons bow and it worked well for arrows that had "feathers" (fake feathers)
When we switched to vanes on his arrows the upper part of the rest would grab and tear the vanes to shreds. This I think is due to it pointing back at the shooter.
Replacing this with one where the rear of the wire points down so as not to tear the vanes.(Posted on 12/31/12)
