Got these a year ago, and have to say, for what you pay, quite impressed with them. Overall, they match decently in weight at about +- 1.5 gr, with a single shaft coming in 2.5 grains heavier and another 2 grains lighter out of a dozen. As for target performance, well your mileage may vary! Just newly cut and assembled and I got them to group nicely in an 8/9 ring at 90 metres, which could have been down to me as much as the arrow themselves. However they seem to lose their spine and straightness oddly quickly in comparison to other arrows I've owned, even when treated as carefully.
That said, they're tough as nails, 1 or 2 having survived trips at 190 fps (recurve) into concrete walls, with nothing more than scratches on the points. Spin tested still straight afterward. Probably just luck! Grouped them tight at 18m and have only ever broken one from the impacts.
As for "SLIGHTLY HEAVIER MASS WEIGHT THAN EQUIVALENTLY SPINED ACE SHAFT"... well that depends on your definition of slightly! The 520 X-Pert comes in at 8.46 GPI and the equivalent ACE, between the 520 and 470 is either 6.7 or 6.8! These arrows are heavier, and noticably so.
So overall, If you've got speed to spare in your set up, or like a dense, small diameter arrow but don't want to break the bank, these are the way to go, just keep in mind that they will lose their consistency quickly enough. Keep a few aside to compete and train with the rest and problem solved!
