This bow flat out smokes! Shot an 170 lb 8 pt 12/28/12 right thru the shoulder with beman 340 ics and 125 grain rocket broadhead. Knocked deer off his feet dead in seconds! Have unfortunately hit deer in shoulder before with no luck usually get trail cam photos of them a month later with a scar. If youve been hunting awhile eventually you will hit the shoulder its nice to have the extra kinetic energy

Shoots accurate in the hands of a newbie Review by New guy

This is the first bow I've shot in 15 years ... With just a few minutes of instruction on the basics I had to shoot at a separate target per arrow because I was knocking farthings off with three arrows making one hole... Even out at sixty yards it shoots consistentand accurate. I would highly recommend this bow to anybody who is in the market... I have no prior experience and nothing to compare to, but if I can shoot accurately with this now then almost anyone can

Dead eye Review by Hops

This is a good bow.would highly recommend to target shooters with a short draw always trying to achieve the 286 speed. You won't have any trouble with this bow. On the other hand the cam is very aggressive. It has a very hard spot in the draw cycle. I own one, and when I start to fatigue after a few dozen shots I really have to watch because it will rip your shoulder off if you get to relaxed. It has a very good wall on it also. it shoots very accurate.all in all I'd give it an 8 out of ten.

A strong competitor amongst the best bows out there. If you can't hit the bulls eye with this bad boy, it's the shooter not the bow.

to the previous review, if you're not strong enough to handle big boy toys then stick with your mathews, this bow shoots just as good as any i've ever shot and didn't feel like my arm was getting ripped off when letting down 73 lbs.

Diamond dead eye- decent bow/price Review by Kushx#1

The dead eye is a decent bow. The cam is aggressive. However, once I have it drawn back it feels like I could hold it back for a while. Model tested: Diamond dead eye, #60 @ 61lbs, 29" draw. Carbon express maxima hunter 250, 100gr field tip @ 275fps?

decent bow, but top heavy Review by NV2423

This bow is no different than most of the bows in this price range that people are used to. It is top heavy and has aggressive rollover to acheive the speed people are looking for. All in all a decent bow.

Horrible bow!! Review by Solocamman

I currently work at a bow shop and have shot in thousands of tournaments and am a decent archer... I know my stuff and when I say this bow is poorly designed I mean it. The cam rollover is terrible, and it makes a very loud click every time the cam rolls over. Also when you are letting the bow down if you are not fully prepared it will rip the string out of your hand. It has a very aggressive cam. All in all could be a great bow if diamond would have thought about a few more things.
