Used the 125grain, single bevel to harvest a NM satellite bull. Achieved a double lung passthrough with 28" 52lb. recurve. Just slight maring on one blade.

LOVE THEM! Review by Bnicholas

Been shooting the DirtNap Gear DRT for 2 years now. I love them. I started shooting them when I had a problem with a mechanical not functioning properly. There is nothing to go wrong with them, no moving parts. Just simple, sharp, tough blades that do their job well and every time. They are extremely accurate and fly right with my field point. The first pack I got I just screwed one onto and arrow and was grouping tight and hitting with my FP's. I really like how they have the Modular Weight System so you get 100gr and 125gr heads in the same package also, it allows for playing with different weight heads and FOC without having to spend the extra money on more heads. The cut on contact design is my favorite part of the design. Last fall I had turned my bow clear down to 40lbs for indoor 3d season and when deer season opened I forgot to turn it back up. I shot a good sized doe, probably 175lbs. That DRT cut right through her and had such a clean pass through and left an amazing blood trail. She was down in 40 yards so I didnt even need the blood trail because I seen her drop from my tree stand. The blades are as tough as they are sharp. I shot at a turkey this spring and he jumped and when we did he brought his legs up, I didnt make the best shot ill admit, but my arrow went through his upper leg bone, the real thick one you hold on to when eating the drumstick, through his ribcage and luckily caught the bottom of his heart, and through the thick leg bone on the other side and my arrow just kept going. I searched out 100 yards and never did find the arrow. The warranty is 2nd to none as well. If you break, bend, nick, or anything to a blade or ferrule you can send them in and they will replace it free. I have taken advantage of that and it was an easy process. DirtNap Gear is a great company to do business with and I am glad they are around. If you are on the fence about trying them, just do so. They are great heads and as long as you do your part as a hunter they will do their part as a broad head.

After using mechanical broadheads for years and having a couple problems the last couple years I went out to search for a true fixed blade broadhead. After trying numerous broadheads I came across the DRT broadheads by Dirt Nap Gear. They are the toughest and truest flying fixed blades I've used. Lifetime warranty and great service from the company. Give em a shot and you'll be blessed by them.

These are the sharpest heads out of the package I have ever seen, razor sharp. Very tough and will bust bone, great blood trails. Took them to Africa and shot 7 animals resulting 7 animals never getting past 100 yards. Will be shooting the drt for a long time.

Very tough and worth the money. These broadheads will put a elk in the dirt with no problem and leave a huge hole to bleed from.
