Quick fix for inserts that didn't go in right Review by Kurt1434

I had the same problem livinlearn (bonds too fast) did in the first review. I was using this for the HIT inserts (50grain brass) on the Easton Axis match grades. For me, the glue dried too fast and I didn't get them in far enough, fast enough.

there is a youtube video of Tim Gillingham, he takes the nock out, drops a drill bit down the shaft (butt end first) and swings it until the bit knocks out the insert.

**1st disclaimer** - it took me about 50-75 swings to get 1 insert out, but it works!

**2nd disclaimer** - When it does come out, direct the shaft towards something soft so the bit and insert don't ricochet.

Bonds very fast Review by Kurt1434

Going along with livinlearn, I was using these inserts with 5mm Axis match grade shafts.

This is my first time building arrows on my own, so there is probably some error on my end too, but damn does this glue leave zero margin for error. of the 6 arrows i was attempting this on, 3 are potentially ruined. I got the inserts maybe halfway into the shaft before it locked up on me, and I couldn't get it out. The other 3 were a success, and they are tack drivers.

The video i watched (YouTube) the person building arrows was using a two part epoxy. i would recommend going with something that dries slower, unless you know what you're doing. The glue is solid, but be careful.

If you need a permanent bond in about 2 seconds, use this. If you need a little more time, such as when installing HIT inserts, forget about it. You will likely ruin one or more expensive arrow shafts before you give up and try something else. Ask me how I know.

Instant Setting Review by A Nut

Glue is great for field points. Way to fast setting for aligning inserts & broad heads to your vanes. Found this out the hard way.
