Easton xx75 (1214 size) a great choice for a junior archer with a 15# recurve bow Review by James Playfair

I bought a dozen of these for a Samick Little Fox with 15# limbs, shooting off the shelf.

I fletched them with 3" feathers utilising a slight offset (the tiny shaft diameter only allows for a very modest offset), and paired with the recommended Easton G-nock and Easton bullet points. The bullet points are a fairly loose fit in the shaft, but I simply secured them with hot melt - and haven't lost any points in a target so far.

I was extremely pleased with how fast, flat, and straight these arrows fly. Leaving the shafts at their uncut length, they shoot dead centre for my son's draw length, and don't require much 'gap' when aiming at longer distances, so I will likely go back and epoxy glue the points in.

Also they look great. My kids love the Hunger Games decals on them.

Affordable shafts in the light spines, I use lots of 1214's every year, 2500 spine and light, cheap. find a carbon in that spine and you will pay Lots more

Unbeatable value. Review by Reinhard Brodesser

These are at terrific value in a shaft. Yes, you do need to purchase your own nocks, but at 25 cents each, its no big deal (don't forget a tube of glue). I use these for my recurve target shooting and had forgotten what a nice arrow these make (feather fletched). Plus, if you wreck one or two, you are not out of a small fortune. Quality is very consistent for a low cost shaft.

FYI...just got dozen shafts in...first batch of arrows I have ever gotten that didn't come with nocks. Just a heads up.

Good value Review by Flinttim

I use a lot of 1916 and 2016s and this is the best deal out there on them. I do a lot of 3D shooting and it makes no sense to spend big $$$ for shafts I'll shoot into a rock or lose. Some of these shafts are on there 3rd refletch.

Great Little Shafts for Little Archers Review by Bo Archer

My 7-year old loves these arrows. Their narrow diameter keeps them from getting blown around; so her relatively slow flight speed still gets the point on the target face.

The dark shaft color and flame graphics look great with orange and yellow vanes and orange BJ nocks. We had wrapped her PSE Snake bow with flaming Duck Tape. So now, the Little Girl on Fire has a Bow and Arrows on Fire, too!
