I'm just writing this review to give a better idea of sizing: My measurements around the chest are 34", 28" ribcage (30D), and I bought the medium, which fits great. Women bigger in the chest might want to err on the side of L, but it's tough to say; try on the medium if you can at your local range (mine at least has them available for their classes) and go from there.
Very adjustable, very comfortable (I pretty much forget when it's there.) Not much else to say!

The size Small fits my 10 year old daughter perfectly at the smallest adjustments, so it should last years. The pink on black looks awesome with all her other pink gear. :) Solid materials, looks and great adjustments. My 7 year old would probably need the x-smaill size. The one strap has a swivel release on it to put it on/off easily.

- Color chart misleading; but good chest guard (see review for size information.) Review by Heather Freeman
Value Quality Price
Just so you know, the "fabric color" must be the trim. I ordered a white chest guard and it looked like the one pictured. I thought it was a mistake, so ordered another one in white, and, sure enough, it's black with white trim.
Sizing chest guards is a pain in the butt; I really wish these things were more standardized. BUT for those of you who don't live near a shop to try one one, I ended up ordered the medium and am normally wear A-36. (Sorry for TMI, fellahs, but this should be helpful info for the womenfolk.)
Just know, in either case, that two shoulder straps are elastic and adkustable, as is the side strap. The small size had 3 rows of 3 snaps under the arm (I think, sorry, that was the one I returned) and the medium has four rows of 3 snaps. So VERY adjustable, which is awesome! It's also very comfortable and seems to do the trick of keeping my shirt out of the way, basically.
The only reason why I gave it 3 stars for Quality is simply because of the misleading color information; otherwise it would probably be 4 stars.
