I was getting tired of replacing my torn and bent spin-wing vanes so I decided to try Gas Pro's. I got some advice from Archery Talk so I fletched them at 6 degrees. What a difference! My groups tightened right up without loosing any noticeable yardage at all.
The low profile and stiffness of the vanes makes them very tough to damage so they should last a very long time.

i cannot begin to tell you how durable these vanes are, they group so tight down range. Ive been shooting these for close to a year and i am just highly impressed. i took me a while to figure out how they are efficient but after noticing how low and wide they are to the center axis of the arrow (not exactly sure what the center of the arrow is called) it clicked to me that it is easier to rotate an arrow in that way, which would make for better stability of the arrow. But due to how low and wide they are, it is tricky to get the proper vane clearance from the plunger and rest but once you have it your golden. I almost forgot to mention how the medium stiffness is really stiff like a piece of cardboard (really stiff vane) but that's what makes them so durable but still lighter than the popular WAV vanes from AAE that weight in at 2.0 grains each, while these only weight 1.07 grains............. P.S. (these can be shot from compound bows)
