Well built, expensive. Review by Ray

I just received this puller. I purchased it for pulling arrows out of a tough 3D target (when shooting a high speed bow there is always that one target the arrow never wants to come out of lol) and the occasional tree or wood post. This thing is much bigger and heavier than I thought. I was hoping to put it in my large quiver pouch but its pretty heavy. I may send it back even though it would be nice to keep in your vehicle to go back and retrieve a $15+ arrow after your done shooting 3D. Very well built product that definitely serves it purpose, just wish it was a little smaller and lighter.

Great product. Does what it says it will. Review by Big Al

Great devise. Pretty well engineered. Pulled two arrows out of trees. At 70# draw weight they were really buried...one up to 3" on in a cedar tree. Left it in there all winter because I didn't want to cut the tree. When using on a smaller diameter tree you need to be sure there is no lateral torque on the shaft. You can help keep things in a straight line by placing the tree end of the puller on the tree where it produces the cleanest 90 degree angle to the shaft. You will still have to guide things with your free hand as you pull back on the lever. Also, if the gripping jaws are slipping a little, just squeeze them with the guiding hand to produce a little more pressure on the shaft and after a couple of attempts, the arrow will slide right out completely intact. Saved two ($12) arrows and two trees (priceless). ALWAYS closely inspect your arrow, whether wood, aluminum or carbon, to make sure it is completely intact and SAFE to shoot. Good luck and be safe out there. Big Al

Pulling Swords from Stone Review by Urban_Camo_88

When i accidentally lostan arrow & buried it a solid 4" into a 4x4 i felt i was never going to get my Easton FMJ back. after struggling and pulling for 5 minutes i turned to this nifty device for aide. with a friend pulling and myself operating the device the arrow was liberated with no evident deformation or damage to the arrow.

The device is still a bit pricey but when you use premium arrows it can pay for itself in half a dozen pulls. best suited for an active range.

bad craftsmanship but good engineering idea Review by igor

I just got it from Lancaster Archery and the craftsmanship on it is quite poor- rust stains on "bike chain like" plates and the lever joint (connecting push rod and pivoting lever rod) is ground and pinned in an ugly and rough way. The pin looks like I could have placed it there with a hammer and shaky, imprecise dremmel sanding bit. For 100 bucks this can be a nice tool. Too bad!

Pull 7 arrows safely with no marks, @ $20.00 ea. and you have justified the cost. Review by Hunter1

I was in attendance at a state field tournament and the practice butts were in wooden sheds made
of treated 4x4's. A miss high or low, left or right meant your arrow was stuck in wood. It was my misfortune to have an arrow become in bedded in frame. Normal arrow pullers would not remove the arrow. A fellow archer just happened to have an AroJac Arrow Puller and volunteered to pull the arrow. (a 3L04) The arrow was pulled from the wood with NO damage to the arrow, saving a valuable
tournament arrow.

Great for extracting arrows imbeded in wood. Review by Dark Side Dan

The AroJac Arrow Puller works great. I whish the price was a little lower but all an all it is worth the cost. All you really need is to "save" 10 or 12 arrows by safely pulling them without dammage and you have justified the cost of this tool.

Great product but a little expensive Review by Dark Side Dan

This product works great although it is a bit expencive. Basiclly it pays for itself once you have "saved" 10 or 12 arrows stuck in the wall or tree or target butt frame.
