- Great bow Review by Some Dude

This riser is a nice addition to the Hoyt line up. I love the nice anodize finish and smooth texture. It shoots roughly the same compared to the Formula Excel but the F. Excel doesn't have an anodized finish or the pro series limb bolts. It also shoots a lot like an RX but with a lil' bit more vibration. But nothing two limb dampers cant fix! The high wrist grip is a nice addition as well due to the fact that that's that type of grip shape most people use today. The I shoot this bow with a pair of the Formula Carbon 720's and it shoots like a dream! I shot with this in the Colorado State Championships can took 1st place! If you're looking for quality at a reasonable price, the F. Excel pro is the way to go! (Hey that rhymes!)

- "Pro" Review by JustAGuy

The pro series to me just adds the pro series limb bolts. I have a formula excel and just added the pro series limb bolts for an extra $50 and it shoots the same as the Pro series. So by just adding the word pro in there so they can charge an extra $180 is outrageous. Just buy the regular formula excel and the pro series limb bolts and you are saving $130. As long as you know how to switch the tiller bolts out you will be fine.

- Excellent Riser!!! Review by HoytShooter15

I got this bow about a month ago and I have to say, for the money, this bow delivers Olympic level performance at a cheap price! I got a pair of Hoyt Formula Carbon 720 limbs (Also excellent limbs by the way) and the draw is so smooth that I cant put it in words. I have shot my friends HPX with F7's and I still think that this bow, the Formula Excel Pro is better, but that's just me. After getting this bow my groups tightened a considerable amount!
I highly, highly recommend this bow to any expert or intermediate archer. This bow is unbelievable and I love it.
