Hoyt Vantage Elite Plus Compound Bow

The stabilizer insert was designed that way to offset the weight of the sight / scope. I know what people are complaining about, it does seem like a flaw in the design/ build, but it is not. Check out their website, and they will explain the technology and reason behind the design. One of the sweetest bows I ever had the opportunity of shooting, not the quickest, but definitely one of the most accurate.

this bow is a good base for long range archery. with quality add-ons this bow will put you on target at 160 yards plus, w/18" groups (I am no pro). After all if a man without arms can hold the World Record for long distance on target. what is your excuse.

After shooting for 29 years and about 35 or 40 bows under my belt (Hoyt, Mathews, PSE, Martin, Bowtec and a few others), this Vantage Elite is as good as it gets with fit, finish and accuracy. I have shot mine for indoor spots for two years.

If you are really serious about archery accuracy and can stomach the expense, don't be foolish, buy this bow! If you're not, buy a Mathews (I hunt with them). They are good bows too. Just a notch below a Hoyt.

It's a nice bow. I own it, but when i received it, the stabilizer spot was not straight. It doesnt affect to the accurancy but its aannoying that when you're aiming it is off the target.

i had my eye on this bow for ages.Was thrilled and a bit disappointed as well when I got the bow.I expect it to be flawless at that price but on close inspection found a couple of sharp burrs on the riser,and when i attatched the stabiliser I found it to be off to the left,very noticeable.Shoots great but I expected a better finish.Hope the peolple at Hoyt are aware of these problems by now,I'm sure there are other Hoyt bows out there with similar defects.

First week I had it, I broke a world record when I'm only 14. I was shooting 50 meters at a 80 centimeter target and shot a 880/900. That shows this is the best on the market!

The bow I bought has a stabilizer bushing that is not straight. When at full draw the stabilizer points way to the left. I think that there must be a twist in the riser.It doesn't seem to affect the accuravy of the bow,but is very discerning when you are aiming at the spot and the stabilizer is pointing off target.

The Hoyt series of bows is amazing and can never be compared to any other of the Bowtechs, Mathews or PSE's. If you are looking for a new bow and have some money to spend I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to go through a non-frustrating period of "bowing" and a ever lasting "relationship" with Hoyt the greatest bow manufacturer in the field of bow hunting! :)

It's a very good bow with very nice look, too expensive but with a great value, the cam 1/2 is a good technologie, but really more complicated for a fine tune vs a one cam, this bow it's a sniper bow 50, 70 or 90m no probleme :)
