6 month of use and going strong Review by Michael J

I've been using this pack for 6 months and love it. I get a rise, 2 sets of limbs, quiver, Vbars and your typical gear to fit nicely. Everything has held up fine. Now that I am shooting outside I have added a few items (bow stand, a few tools) and it is feeling a bit cramped. If you are someone who packs everything "just in case", you might need a bigger bag but if not the size and quality of this bag, for the price, was perfect for me.

I have litteraly owned all the brands out there: Hoyt, Aurora, SF, ..... you name it.
The Streamline not only is the one that cost the less, but its also the one I like to take when I go to the range. Its compact, not bulky like others and yet you can pack abolsutely everything in it. the quality is just superbe.

Perfect backpack for archery Review by EricArrows

If you are looking to carry a bow around, this is the best bag available in the market. The ripstop nylon material is very durable and I can feel its strength when I’m using it. I have been using the Streamline backpack for more than 7 months on a daily basis. Even though I carry it everywhere I go, its brand new look is still there. I think it will stay my archery backpack of choice for many years to come. Perfect backpack for archery.

Great pack Review by Paisanarcher

I haven't had any other packs, so I am writing this in regards to how I feel about this pack and not in comparison to other packs. I really researched packs before buying this (for about 3 months!) even asking other archers if I can see their packs (mostly the Hoyt and Aurora City pack) and I have come to love this very much. I ride my bike about 2 miles to the range in the summer here, and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. It's heavy and big, so when I put it on it feels to "high up" on my back but that goes away after wearing it for a few minutes and I am comfortable. I have back issues and it never bothered me.
So if you are worried about space, I'll tell you what I carry in the backpack.
Large compartment: my 22" limbs in the limb case that is included with the backpack; my 25" Hoyt Horizon Riser, My Easton Elite QH100 Hip Quiver with belt, my Shibuya Sight case, a zipper notebook, sometimes a sweatshirt or a hat depending on the weather.
Smaller component: Just about everything else! My hex key, my strings, my T square, keys, stickers, chapstick, sunscreen... it's pretty large but I wouldn't put any equipment in there.
Arrow tube compartment holds my 12 arrows nicely and my stabilizer, which is my one complaint about this bag. My stabilizer sticks out of the compartment as it is too long.
The material is very sturdy, and it has held up great for the past 9-10 months. I really love the shape and the design. I just found a range closer to me that is indoors so I plan on using this bag quite more regularly.

I would recommend this bag to a friend

One flaw Review by Christian

I agree with every one of the previous reviews, but would expand on one detail, which Ev already mentioned in her review.

This backpack really pinches and chafes the sides of my neck (15.5 inch circumference). Legend must not have tested this design on adults, because it's super annoying. If you have a very small neck I'd say go for it.

the perfect gift Review by ClaudiaS

I purchased this backpack for my husband’s 30th birthday in black. It was a lot larger than I expected and very roomy. Even the outside pockets are nice and large, it has more than enough room inside to store all his stuff.
The thing that impressed me most was the construction - not cheap stitching like other archery bags that I saw. I know my husband is pretty careless and he cannot keep a bag for few months. But I believe that this backpack will last him for a long period of time because of its robust design. I highly recommend this to anyyone out there looking for a high quality backpack to store bow, arrows and accessories and also wants to look good with it !
I am going to buy it for myself in red very soon.........

Great - For a While Review by BNS

This is a pretty cheap option for anyone looking to carry a bow around. Just don't expect it to last. The insert which holds the riser and limbs fell apart within a few months of moderate use and had to be replaced. The rest of the backpack has become virtually unusable a single year after purchase. Backpack straps are shredded, there are holes in the bottom that leave things falling out, the zippers are fragile at best. I did find that it held everything I needed, and it worked great as a short term option. It's just that though - short term. If you don't want to be replacing your backpack in a year, get something else.

A lot of Bang for the Buck Review by John Howe

You will be pleased at the quality of the backpack. I expected less than what I received based upon the cost. The extra pocket, Arrow Tube and Limb and Riser covers was a surprising Plus. The only issue that I see with it at this point is that my 30" stabilizer will not fit in the pack for travel.

Your best bet for a backpack Review by Wallmjw

This backpack was a great addition to my setup. The backpack is able to accommodate everything you may need (other than a lengthy stabilizer). There is more than enough room for a 25" riser and long limbs in the provided storage bag that attaches to the interior via Velcro. This internal storage could be improved with additional padding, but for most needs, it is adequate.

Another great addition is that this backpack DOES come with an adjustable arrow tube. This is great for archers picking up their first pack, and many of the higher end bags do not include one.

All this being said, the bag is very sturdy and is made with durable nylon. The pack looks great as well and is not overly bulky (hence the "streamline" name). Although lacking padding in some areas, and the shoulder straps are a little sharp, this is a great backpack that will serve any archer well.

Great quality, great price, great purchase!

Excellent First Backpack Review by David Krulicki

Just received this from Lancaster and I was amazed at the quality of it. Definitely more than I expected. The pictures here do not do it justice. The image above shows what it appears to be a thinner less quality nylon - but on the contrary. Very tough resilient nylon body with heavy duty zippers. Arrow tube is great - adjusts in height quite a bit for longer arrows or for me - holds my stabilizer nicely. Riser and limb bag is great as well however I will need to get some limb sleeves to help keep tem from rubbing together in the case. The out side flap has three pockets inside that are limited in size. Consider getting an accessory bag to compliment this case, it will help keep any extras you may have. VERY ROOMY too inside, I can fit everything plus me and my wifes quiver and there is still room for a light jacket or sweater. Great Buy!

Great value for the price Review by Ev

Received my Legend Streamline pack (was on back order for months from Legend).

The construction and materials are great (again, for the price-point). Looks great..almost a technical look (in black anyway). It comes with the riser/limb soft case as well as an adjustable arrow tube that's pretty good quality. The straps are a bit thin so I wish they had a bit more padding. Also, the top attachment of the straps are a little close together so they pinch a little on the back/side of my neck, but it's tolerable. I realize some of these issues are addressed in the higher-end Protour pack (better padding/straps, better materials, more compartments, etc.), but thought I'd mention them anyway.

The main compartment is decent size. With the tube and riser/limbs packed inside, there is room for my (field) quiver, chest protector, lightweight jacket, shirt and a few other items. I extend the arrow tube to fit my long stab which works well. The front section is decent and has two small see-through compartments and a larger one. It's okay, but you'll probably need an additional small compartment case or accessory pouch for the rest of your small items/tools. The bottom isn't reinforced particularly well so I'll have to be careful setting it down. It doesn't rain much in SoCal so I shouldn't have to worry about the rain much, but if you're in an area with more 'weather'..it's something to consider. The Protour comes with a rain fly and has better waterproofing and thicker materials all around I think. I can fit most of my kit inside, although a little snug, but I'm happy with it (again, for the price). I know this is nit-picky, but I haven't seen many detailed reviews on the Streamline so I thought I'd expand a little. It's a great pack overall while not costing an arm and a leg.

At $60(+s/h), it's a great pack and I'm happy with the purchase. If taken care of, it should last awhile. (1yr warranty I believe)

A few (easy) things I would've liked to see are:
- Expandable front compartment (like on a carry-on suitcase, etc.)
- A mesh pocket on the outside for a water bottle, etc.
- Side handle for carrying (included with Protour, but still basic imo)
- Better bottom protection for durability
- Strap padding
