- Couldn't be more satisfied! Review by oldfella

Price Value Quality WOW! I haven't shot a bow (of any type) for twenty-five years. Yes, that's more than short break.
Straight out of the box, with a home-made Velcro rest + side-plate, haven't even put a knocking point on it yet......six inch groups right off the bat. It's not me - it's the bow! No doubt it will deliver tight groups in no time at all, if I do my job and get into the groove.
I've never shot a longbow before, only recurves and old-school compounds. It really is "point and shoot". Two eyes on the target and let it rip, like throwing a dart or a football. At 45 pound draw I am 100 percent confident it will down any whitetail with no problem. The bow arrived in three business days to my home in Georgia, well packaged. No instructions? Not an issue - I have the internet, with all the world's archery knowledge. I definitely recommend this bow.(Posted on 3/16/13)

- Great bow Review by pa archer

Quality Price Value This bow is awesome! It is my first long bow. I got the 50 pound model and it shoots pretty quick. I am very happy with this one. I tested out bear long bows as well as the samick birds eye banshee. The draw is super smooth and doesn't stack as much as some of the other models. Overall its a great bow, good quality, excellent price to start getting into traditional archery, and I look forward to deer season.

- great bow Review by meatloaf

Price Value Quality this bow was my first bow i bought for myself. shoots very well, and is very good as a starter bow!
just keep in mind that the bow is 69'' and not 68'', in case you need to buy a new string.
only thing that might be better is the grip, it is a bit bulky, especially if your hands aren't that big(Posted on 1/21/12)
- great bow for the money Review by oklahoma archer

Price Value Quality Bought this bow out of the necessity to have a lighter counterpart for my 60lb Heritage. I bought a 40lb from my local bow shop. The guys at the bow shop were very impressed with the quality of this bow for the price. I was also impressed with the look and feel of this bow. The one thing i would like to see as an improvement, is a better locator grip and the grip releaved in the palm area. However I truly believe that you will not find a better longbow for the money. I do believe my next bow will be another Samick ordered from Lancaster Archery.
