Value Quality Price I bought ten of the 65grain slip-on blunts for my spiral wrap flu-flu arrows and they work very well. the plastic they are made of is really tough, even with a sharp field point behind it the bludgeons are not penetrated. If you buy the slip-on model, make sure you have them on good when shooting into block targets. I lost one of my heads because it stayed in the target when I pulled out the arrow. They fly well, and put huge holes in plastic bottles.
I shot 4 squirrels since I've had these, and all 4 of them have been knocked clean out of the tree with this blunt. Any shot to the spine, ribcage or head is an instant kill. I did miss the head a few times and hit the back legs, but I was able to finish off the disabled squirrel quickly.
Overall, great heads for stump shooting, hunting or whatever.(Posted on 1/18/13)
