Only complaint is the locking screws for the vertical/horizontal adjustments come loss every so often other than that I'm satisfied

An Ideal Beginner Sight Review by Matthew Azzopardi

This sight arrived before Christmas 2015 and I've used it several times since after sighting it in to my bow. It's a very good sight for beginners based exclusively on the price.

Sighting this piece is easy and precise. However, the lock screws do not stay tight without some sort of dampener on your bow.

It also mounts to the bow by two Phillips or crossed-slot screws instead of allen-key screws. There's nothing wrong with that except all the other screws on most bows and accessories are allen-key set screws. So you just need to add another driver to your kit.

Spending a little more on a higher end sight will go a long way. Buy once, cry once.

awesome for beginners and intermediates Review by ray

I have been using this sight for a year already and it has not failed me once. The screws have never vibrated loose, and the sight block stays steady once you lock it in. It was a great value for the money and I wouldn't mind staying with it until you had enough money to get a shibuya sight or if you decide you don't want to stay with archery, you won't be out much money. It looks to be same type of style as a shibuya double click sight minus the clicking adjustments from the turning knob.

I would highly recommend this sight, if you currently don't have enough money for a higher end sight, this should be on your list. It would last you until you've upgraded and after.

Very nice quality at a very reasonable price Review by Reinhard Brodesser

I'll admit that I was skeptical about the quality / price point. Some have complained about rattles, but I've found that when you find the correct tuning for your bow, it performs quite nicely. Lets face it, a bow sights job is only to hold a pin. This sight does it quite well... the rest is up to the shooter.

I would recommend this sight.

On the fence with this sight Review by Gredwulf, the Arrow slinger

Being my first sight( Ive used since I used to shoot compound 10 years ago), I cant compare it to other sights. Heres some complaints I do have though.

Its too limited in the sights horizontal adjustements. When it is right where I want it, it will only tighten down so far, causing lots of loosening after 100 arrows or so.

The mount and adjustment pieces are great though. It is sturdy all for the sight piece slot where the actual bead sets in.

Im probably going to bust out the red dot and paint the circle black with some nail polish because at 40 yards the red dot blurs out twice my target area making it hard to focus in on the small points Im aiming for.

Overall, Im not devastated with the purchase, nor am I enthralled.

Good for starting out Review by Juan pablo Gomez

The sight itself is good. Nothing really special about it. Despite the comments that complain that the vibration loosens the screws, it has not happened to me yet. Probobly because i have 26 lbs.
The sight gets the job done and i will continue to use it for a year or so, then i will most likley upgrade to the ws600 sight.

decent cheap sight Review by mrface

This sight gets the job done for a beginner. It has pieces that constantly wiggle loose due to bow vibrations and need tightening/adjustment so I find that I have to fiddle with it a lot more than I otherwise would like to. But for the money, it's accurate enough and gets the job done.

Good, but not really Review by Maggie

First off, the sight aperture works decently, not much to say. Main thing though is that it's a very flimsy design. Personally I didn't care much of it until I realized that the vibration from my bow kept loosening the screws and I had to constantly tighten the entire set up. If you don't mind this little hiccup then it's a great sight for the cheap price. It can be fairly accurate and I enjoyed using it for the most part.

However, I'd recommend that if you are serious about archery then just get a better sight, since that's probably the only thing you don't have to change over the years. But if you are just checking it out then yeah this sigh will meet your needs well.

Great starter sight Review by Andrew

I have a 30# Samick Sage I've been shooting for a little over a year now. I had been using a very basic compound sight with three pins and hex screws I'd have to loosen to make any adjustment. That was a pain. This sight, with the adjustment screws on both axes, is a dream in comparison. I had it dialed in within about 40 shots and was right back up to beating my previous scores.

Price is a 5 because for $35, you can't really go wrong.

Quality is a 3 because the lock screws have plastic heads and, more importantly, the fine vertical adjust screw is also plastic.

Value is a 5 because it's got a great balance of features and quality for the price.
