Great riser for the money Review by String Theory Archery

This is a solid riser. Nice grip and ready for all the accessories. Great buy for the money. Just wish they came in other colors than the standard red, blue, black, etc. My girls are lobbying for purple and pink! I too was looking at the Hoyt risers, but this 25" riser gives more variety in selecting ILF limbs for entry level teens and young adults just learning archery. Paired it with some axiom + limbs and its a great setup for $300.

Very happy with this riser Review by James Young

Had a spare set of Premium+ limbs I was no longer using so wanted to get a riser to complete a bow set-up for my son without spending too much. Received this and I was surprised at the quality compared to the price. This is a real bargain. Very well made and painted with threads clean. The handle is much better than a Hoyt Horizon. Read where some complain of small grip, but since it is only to brace palm contact without finger pressure, I think it is great. The SF plunger will last long enough to develop skill, but you might want a better arrow rest. Overall give this riser an A+. Have always been a Hoyt shooter but the limb adjustment on this is better unless you get a high end riser.

Currently shooting this riser with W&W Winex limbs and I love how it has performed its a great riser that feels good in my hand and pairs well with the limbs as well. Fairly light as well. No complaints for this riser especially at this price

Happy beginner Review by TKZ

Being new to the sport, I bought this riser and the axiom plus limbs in 34 lbs, have only been out twice since since due to the weather here in michigan. Riser is very nice, seems well built, comfortable, and shoots well. Did a quick visual set up and put my arrows on a paper plate at 20 yards right off the get. Can't wait till the weather warms up and I can finish tuning. Awesome set up!

Good Entry Level Review by Phoenix

I picked this riser matched with Axiom limbs for 35# draw at 29. The setup I was after was sold out sadly, but the rep assisting me helpedme to stay on budget with this setup. I couldn't be more pleased with the performance. I've gotten some rather envious looks at the local range. And unlike some of the compounds who've been shooting alongside, you know this bow is in by the loud THWACK that returns from every arrow loosed.

My only gripe is the grip is a little small in the standard setup. I haven't yet replaced it though, so its not affecting my shooting too much.

Very good riser! Review by Stephen Buckle

This is my first recurve riser and I am very pleased with it so far. It is a painted riser and the quality is quite good. I shoot 28# SF Premium limbs with a 30" Cartel stabilizer with v-bar and side rods. There is virtually no vibration! I really researched this riser before I bought it and others have said the grip is too small. I have a small to medium grip and it fits well into my hand. My only negative would be that the rest that came with the riser, which is adjustable (which is really nice) but the wire snapped after about ten shots?? Otherwise I love shooting my new bow!
