great rest Review by billcoady

I've put this rest on several shooters bows and know of several other shooters who shoot it. I think it is as good or better than any other rest I've used. I surprised at the number of people who have had problems as I've never had one.

Nice recurve rest Review by DJ

This rest was easy for me to set up. I initially used it for indoor shafts, then switched over to my outdoor shafts. I have not had any issue with the set-screw coming loose. I shoot multiple times a weeks. This unit is a bit expensive, but if you want a good rest, it's worth the extra cost for the simplicity of set up and reliability.

Only had it one month. Easy to install and adjust. Rest moves on every shot! No matter how tight the screw, been dong it so much I need to get another set screw. Not worth the money.

I've tried cheaper magnet rest for half the price and they work fine for a little while but then I find that the arm rest becomes loose. I've had this rest for six months now and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It's easy to adjust up and down and in and out. Spare parts are also available. It's a little pricey but worth every dollar.

Great rest for skinny arrows! Review by K Pap

I love this rest, i've been using it for over a year with my skinny arrows and have had no problems. It is light, durable, and easy to use, plus it comes in a bunch of different colors. It is a bit expensive, but it will last a while. There are replacement parts you can buy if it does break which are good to have these in your tool bag.

Great rest, easy to adjust Review by Micah Ting

I've been using this rest for more than a year, and switched to different diameter shafts throughout the year. Really easy to adjust, never failed me once. A little expensive, but considering the prices of other magnetic rests that doesn't have the ability to adjust up / down and in / out this one's much better

good one, but... Review by Egor

I enjoyed it for 4 month, than (like as usual) the problems came at tournament
once one of two magnets been lost, it started work improperly, and finally broke at a middle of distance. I still like it (and i'l buy another one for spare) but I guess it has a life time, and has to be change before end.

Awesome Rest Review by QcArchery

I have two of those since 2009 and they're working perfectly. I shoot about 600 arrows a week on winter and way more in summer and it never failed me. Once my bow sling hooked the little arm in competition (totally my fault) and I was able to fix the rest in less than 30sec.
I had ARE's rest and the arm would always break. The Shibuya Ultima is truly the best one I've tried and I would recommend it to everyone.

Came back for more! Review by TBA

This has been a reliable rest(own two of them now), reset for at least 4 different sets of arrows and 3 plungers on two bows. Easy to adjust when tuning plunger and arrows. I have never had the arm move and never had the magnet get stuck. Shot more than 300 arrows in two shoots just this week and rock solid!

Adjustable to suit your different set of arrows. Review by Nicodemus Chan

This rest is good quality and is adjustable so you can precisely place the rest according the the diameter of the arrow. It works for both left and right handed bows. Been using it for more than a year with no problems. I shoot in the Equatorial climate of Singapore in the hot sun without problems.

Unreliable Review by Snuggles

I have owned two of these rests within the past few months. The first rest, the arm would change positions most shots so I tried to tighten it until it would stop moving, but then set screw got stuck before that happened. It would neither tighten nor loosen. I have been using my second one for about a month now. Every so often the arm still moves, but I can only imagine it getting worse from here. Also on occasion the magnet does not properly reset the arm, although it is rare. The feature set is decent for the price, but unless they make it more reliable I cannot see myself using it regularly. Having to tweak it after a shot in a tournament would be bad news.

Not a good rest Review by Mr. Recurve man

It worked great for about a week but then during a tournament it started to fall off that was no big deal because I had super glue in my quiver then during another tournament the arm started moving so I had to Tighten it before/after every shot and even that did not work not even super glue on the set screw worked so I had to pull out

Added to a Hoyt Nexus recurve. The Shibuya rest is simple and effective, nothing to bump, and only one set screw to manage. No clearance problems. Strong magnet.

My rest has been on my riser for a good 9 months and it's still in the same position. there's no scratches on it anywhere and it's beautiful.

SHIBUYA is a great company for this stuff.

Is a good rest for its versatility. It can be adjusted easily. Once tou put it stays in place and the glue does not come off by the sun heat wich happens with other rests. Expensive but worth it.
