- Great form training tool. Try to cheat it, you pay dearly. Review by MB

I have one and have been shooting it for a few months, but I'm seriously considering going back to either a hinge (stan black jack) or trigger (stan sx2)...
The great: Very comfortable. Enforces correct form and eliminates the need for creep tuning (you'll always pull into the wall the exact weight, ideally).
The not-so-great-but-acceptable: There is some rattling inside when you shake it... It works as it did day one, but something inside started rattling. Also, sometimes when applying pressure there are 3-4 *very* subtle clicks before the release goes off... Some may say this is a good thing, but 1) it wasn't happening when the release was brand new, and 2) it isn't even happening consistently right now.
The deal breaker for me: When I start shooting, I find it almost effortless to shoot this release. As the day goes by (and as I'm getting tired), it becomes more and more difficult to break the shot, many times forcing me to expedite the shot by "pulling from the wrist" (equivalent to punching a release)... now, punching another style release will cause to miss the X and hit one or two lower... Punching this one is much trickier - as it's resistance activated, if you don't "punch it all the way", it won't fire, and it'll fire on the way down, causing zeros or damaged arrows (and lost tournaments and enough embarrassment to want to burn it). Maybe I need to work on my general fitness, but if you find you're getting weaker near the end of a tournament like I do, DO NOT use this release... use it at home to practice back tension, but I wouldn't shoot a tournament with it, until you're sure the last shot will be the same as the first one (in which case, the release doesn't really matter).

- I have one, I Iike it. Review by norman keeton

This is an easy to adjust release, the locking set screws are small and easy to strip out, the price is to high. But it releases crip and even. I think that the safety knob sould be set up differently.
