- Great book for your mental game Review by Cameron T Stewart
Quality Price Value
It is undoubtedly written for target recurve shooters in the late 20th century (70's - 90's), but everyone can benefit and the price is nearly unbeatable. I have been aware of it for over 10 years and it has become one of my favorite archery books ever.

- Must read for anyone that wants to work at shooting better Review by Matty
Value Quality Price
I bought this book a long time ago but recently picked it up to read again. I was reminded at how much excellent information it holds, not just for archery but, for a good overall mental approach to most things in life. I wish I could have met Mr. Henderson.
This book focuses on what it takes to become a winner. It's real and honest. There is no magic pill that makes a champion, it will require you to read it and then apply real work and dedication to shooting and keeping a positive view of your own progress. This book helps you understand what YOU need to do to get there.
What it won't do is tell you to go out and buy this piece of gear or make sure you're bow is "super tuned" because neither of those things are going to make YOU a better archer unless you're already at the top of the heap. It covers mostly mental aspects but also some form issues, very little in the way of gear and covers fitting each individual to their equipment, which I think is critical.
If you're willing to be honest with yourself and work hard, this book can definitely help you shoot better. It will give you the right mindset.
