Warehouse Order Puller

Lancaster Archery Supply is an industry leading archery distributor and retailer. In addition to our thriving phone and web-based sales center, we also support a physical location with a pro shop and an archery training academy.

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Order Puller is responsible for obtaining a coversheet, containing a series of orders, and an assigned cart for transporting these orders. The Order Puller moves the cart through the product bin aisles and accurately picks the corresponding products from product bins. The product is placed in a designated spot on the cart. Small items are bagged or banded together for easier identification before being placed on the cart. The Order Puller is responsible for verifying the product during the picking process and may also verify during the packing process. The cart is taken to the staging area. The Order Puller retrieves a new coversheet and repeats the process for the new series of orders.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to stand and walk warehouse space for up to 8 hours per shift
• Able to climb a ladder to retrieve items on higher shelves
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience with archery product or working in a pick/pack facility a plus
• Available to work evenings and weekends (Position is primarily 1st shift with evening hour requirements during peak seasons)
